Welcome to Bearded Vinyl! By accessing our website, placing an order, or working with us on a custom project, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We keep things simple and straightforward — just a few ground rules so everything runs smoothly for everyone.
Custom Orders
Most of what we do is made to order — that means every item is created just for you. We’ll send a digital proof for approval on most custom projects before production. Once you’ve approved your proof, the design is considered final.
Please double-check spelling, colors, and details carefully. Once production begins, changes can’t be made without additional costs.
Returns & Exchanges
Because custom orders are made specifically for you, they’re non-refundable and non-returnable unless there’s a clear issue with the product (like a manufacturing or printing error).
If something isn’t right, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll review it and make it right if it’s our mistake.
For non-custom, in-stock items, returns or exchanges may be accepted within 14 days if the item is unused and in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders across the U.S. using trusted carriers. Shipping times can vary depending on your location and the size of your order.
Once an order leaves our shop, we’re not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier — but if something arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll help file a claim or find a solution.
Local pickup is always available at our Lewiston shop.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods securely through our payment processor.
For large or ongoing projects, deposits may be required before work begins.
Design Ownership
All original artwork, designs, and mockups created by Bearded Vinyl remain our property until paid for in full. Once full payment is received, ownership of the final product (not the original working files) transfers to you.
We may display photos of completed projects on our website or social media unless you ask us not to.
Copyright & Trademarks
When you provide artwork, logos, or designs for printing, you confirm that you own the rights to use them. Bearded Vinyl is not responsible for copyright or trademark issues that result from customer-submitted artwork.
Basically — make sure it’s yours to use before we print it.
Turnaround Time
We work hard to get your order done on time. Standard turnaround is typically 1–2 weeks, but that can vary depending on the size or complexity of your project. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Color Matching
We do our best to ensure colors match your expectations, but variations can occur due to screen differences, materials, and production methods. If exact color accuracy is critical, let us know before ordering.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and only collect information necessary to process your order and communicate with you. You can read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted here with the new effective date.
