At Bearded Vinyl, every order is made with care — whether it’s a single custom tumbler or a full run of shirts for your business. We want you to love what you get, and we stand behind our work.
Custom Orders
Because custom items are made just for you, they’re non-refundable and non-returnable unless there’s a clear issue with the product.
If we made a mistake — like a printing error, wrong color, or something damaged during production — we’ll make it right, fast.
Please double-check your design proof carefully before approving your order. Once production starts, changes can’t be made without additional cost.
Non-Custom Items
For in-stock, non-customized products, returns or exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of receiving your package.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few business days to show up on your statement.
